We had a wonderful Christmas this year! First of all because our entire Family of 5
was able to be home and celebrate!! Our
Best Christmas present, Amara, was came on the 22nd, allowing her
and Mommy to be home in time for Christmas Eve!!
Per Wilson Family tradition, we got to open 1 gift on
Christmas Eve. Riley got some books from
Mommy, Jayce opened some new clothes from G & G Louie, and the boys helped
Amara open a Puppy toy from G & G Louie.
Then it was early to bed (normal 8:00 bed time) for everyone
so that Santa had plenty of time to stop by and fill the stockings etc. And ironically, Amara was the first one up .
. . at 7:30!! We were surprised that the
boys slept in that long, especially given that they normally wake up before
that with an 8:00 bed time! But after
Amara was fed and content it was time to open presents!! The boys had a blast, and Jayce wanted to
play with all the toys instead of unwrapping all the others! Lol

Daddy made Biscuits and Gravy for breakfast and they were
DELICOUS!! We spent the rest of the day
catching up with friends and family, via visitors, Skype, or by phone, and just
relaxing or playing with new toys! I
hope Amara enjoyed her First Christmas!
We are so happy to have her here with us. Next up – NEW YEARS!! I’m not sure if we are going to let the boys
wake up/stay up for the Midnight Celebration, or just fake it at 10:00 MST when
New York drops the ball. We’ll see how
the day goes if anyone is willing to stay up for the later time! ;)
