Did you all like the Pictures!?!?! They are pretty cool huh?!?! We've got lots of vidoes too!! We just got our external hard-drive today, so as soon as Daddy sets it all up Mommy will upload the videos. Most of them are of us Wheelin', or of the train ride. So keep your eyes peeled!!

In other news - Mommy started school this week! Her last semester!!! She's taking 3 classes, but only two are actual classes (one is an independent study, cuz the class she needed isn't offered this semester). So Mommy only has class on two days a week!! She is offically done with her internship, but her bosses wanted her to keep working through September. So she still works at Horsetooth on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The little bit of extra money will be nice!!

Daddy's working hard as usual!! Now with Mommy taking me to and from the sitters house, he can ride his bike to work more!! It's a loooooooong trip though!! He's still got a couple of trips to take this year for work, and we are hoping that one of them is to Yellowstone National Park!! (for the Old Faithful Inn) Cuz then Mommy and I can go too!!

Not a whole lot coming up. We are coming to Indy for a visit in the middle of October, to see Jason - We hear he's doing lots better!! Yeah!! So have a good Labor Day weekend everyone!!

First Couple of Albums Up

So It's taking me a while to upload all those pictures, but I did get through about half of them last night!! So you can see those at the Kodak Gallery (links on the right). We started our trip Wednesday night, and drove to Buena Vista and camped. We then drove the rest of the way to the area. Here is a Map of the local area where we spent our time the first couple of days.
Thursday afternoon we drove through Ouray and across Ophir Pass. We then spent Thursday night in Telluride at a condo we were able to get for cheaper than a hotel!! We drove up to Bridal veil falls for many photos, and then walked around town and took the Free Gondola ride to Mountain Village. Friday morning we got up early and drove across Imogene Pass. That was a beautiful drive through abandoned mining towns and very high elevations. This drive comprised the bulk of the pictures, because it was so beautiful!! Because we ended up in Ouray again, we decided to look around a little more, and we visited the Box Canyon Falls, a very violent waterfall mostly hidden by the rock it has carved itself into! Very interesting (and LOUD!!). After that We drove into Durango to meet up with the rest of the family. Here's a map of the bigger picture!!
Saturday we spent the day exploring Mesa Verde National Park. We took a tour of Cliff Palace, and got to see many other interesting cliff dwellings. We went back on Monday and toured Long House, and took a tram ride to some adjacent villages. On Sunday we took the trainride from Durango to Silverton, and it was another beautiful journey!! I will get the pictures up from these last couple of days shortly, along with the MANY video clips we have!! In the meantime, enjoy the views from Ouray and Telluride!!

FAMILY VACATION!!!

Hey everyone!! What a Week I had!! Last Wednesday Mommy, Daddy and I went on vacation to Southwestern Colorado!! We had a blast!! We spent 2 days in Telluride, Ouray, and Silverton area doing some Wheelin' in the Xterra, then we drove down to Durango to meet up with Grandma & Grandpa Louie and Aunt Tina!! We went to Mesa Verde National Park and rode a Train from Durango to Silverton - My first train ride!! It was so much fun!! Mommy and Daddy said that we took WAY too many pictures!! (Mommy has a 2 GB memory card and we almost filled it up!! That's almost 500 pictures!!!) So we have to get an external hard drive now so that we can save them all. Mommy says she will get a couple of Kodak albums made as soon as she can, but it will take longer uploading them directly from the camera. But here's a few from the trip you can preview!!
Us in front of Bridal Veil Falls (in Telluride - 365 foot falls)
On top of Imogene Pass (Between Telluride and Ouray - 13,114 feet)

Us at Spruce Tree House (Cliff Dwelling at Mesa Verde National Park)

More to come - check back over the next couple of days for the Kodak albums!!

Wow!!! So much has happened since I talked to you all last!! Let's See . . . Where to begin!! Well, I now have two molars, one on the top left and one on the top right. Daddy's away right now in Alabama (where ever that is), but he'll be back on Wednesday. Mommy and I miss him! I can climb on stuff now!! I found out how to climb onto the dining room chairs, which means that I'm also tall enough to climb from those onto the Dining room table!! Mommy and Daddy aren't to happy about this, and moved all the chairs to the living room (where there's carpet and I can't push them to the table).

Also, this weekend I got to go to the Larimer County Fair!! Mommy and Daddy say that it's a good thing the fair is Free, cuz it is nothing like the fairs in Indiana!! Maybe one of these days I'll get to go to one!! But I still got to see a lot of really cool animals, bunnies, cows, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, turkeys, and even a TURKEN!!! It's really Ugly!! You'll have to check out the pictures in the Kodak Gallery for yourself.

There's also some pictures in there from today when Mommy took me to Rocky Mountain National Park. She's been disappointed that she hasn't gotten to go this summer because of her job, so I told her I'd go with her while Daddy was gone! We did a couple of short hikes, and spent a lot of time up near the top (Fall River Road, the Alpine Center/Trail, and the Continental Divide) It was fun!! But I think tomorrow we are going to be lazy and just lay around the house!! (well, Mommy is anyways!!)

I'm so excited - and Mommy too - cuz Grandma Wilson, and Aunt Anna, and Unkie Rodgie and Auntie Kathie are going to come and visit us in December, For Mommy's graduation and for CHRISTMAS!!! YEAH!! Christmas in Colorado!! It will be so exciting!! I can't wait!! How far away is Christmas again???

Memories!!

Sounds like fun!! Everyone can play along!! (Memories can be for either Cam or Aliy!!)

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn’t matter if you knew me a little or a lot, if we’ve actually met in person or not, anything you remember about me!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It’s actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I’ll assume you’re playing the game and I’ll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don’t want to play on your blog, or if you don’t have a blog, I’ll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Hi everyone!! You're not going to believe this!! But I have two new teeth already!! That makes Three new ones in the last two weeks!! No wonder I have been so cranky, huh!! So last week Mommy found the one on the bottom left in front, now I also have the bottom right, and a MOLAR on the top left!!! Can you believe it!!

Well not a whole lot else going on, Mommy and Daddy have both been busy working and playing with me. They aren't too happy with me right now because I have learned how to push the buttons on the TV and change the channel or turn it on and off when they don't want me to!! ha ha!! Other than that they are just planning some trips for us! Yeah!! We are going to Telluride and Durango Colorado in the middle of August with Grandma & Grandpa Louie so I can meet Aunt Tina, and then going to Indy for a visit in the middle of October to see Mommy & Daddy's friend Jason, and for Daddy's 10 year reunion. And I get to see Grandma Wilson and Aunt Anna who I haven't seen in a long time!!! YEAH!!! I can't wait!!

Mommy and Daddy say that Jason is doing much better, but still needs our prayers for a full recovery. Thank you for praying for him everyone!!

Monday, July 14, 2008

Hello from Hot Colorado! As most of you in Indy already know, a very good friend of ours needs your thoughts and prayers. Last Thursday night, Officer Jason Fishburn with Indianapolis Metro Police Department was shot in the head during a foot persuit of a homicide suspect. He is still in critical condition from what I understand, however slowly improving!! Please continue to pray for his recovery, and for his family as they keep a constant vigil over their loved one.

In other news!! Riley has a new tooth! He now has three on the bottom, his two middle and the new one on the left side of his mouth. We think the one on the right is not far behind!! So this one totals 7, no molars yet! He is also starting to like the water! Aliy took him to Horsetooth again today and he let her hold him and get in up to his armpits. Also, he walked in (with some coaxing), up to his diaper and would splash the water!! He still prefers to play in the sand, or people watch, but at least he doesn't scream when his toes get wet!! Here's some pictures from today:
Splashing in the water

Waving hi to a group nearby

Cam's birthday was also this past week. We went out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse (so he could get his usual steak dinner!), and Aliy made him a Cherry torte cake (half of which is still leftover!) Not much else going on, Cam takes a business trip in the beginning of August, and we are meeting his parents and sister in Durango right before the start of Aliy's LAST SEMESTER!!! Yeah!! Hope everyone has a great week, and please pray for Jason and his family!

Camping on the 4th!

Hi everyone!! What an exciting weekend I had!! Mommy got a campsite at Horsetooth Reservoir for us for Friday night, so we went camping, and then sat on one of the dams Friday night to watch the fireworks over Fort Collins. It was so much fun!! Mommy had to work on Friday, so we went early and set up camp, and then she went to work. Daddy and I didn't have much fun waiting for her though, cuz it was REALLY HOT out!! But it was nice that she could come and eat dinner with us!! I got really dirty when mommy was gone! Daddy let me play in the gravel, and dirt, and everything!! I had so much fun running around!! Then when Mommy got off work we went to watch the fireworks!! That was really cool! (even though I fell asleep about 10 minutes in!) We were far enough away that the booms didn't bother me at all - obviously if I fell asleep! Then I got to sleep in the tent with Mommy and Daddy. they put me in my playpen at first, but I was fussy so I got to squeeze in the sleeping bag with Mommy!! That was fun!! On Saturday Mommy didn't have to work until noon, so we packed every thing up and went to the doggie swim beach to play. But the doggies didn't play too much - cuz they were way too tired from all the excitement of Friday. Then me and Daddy went home while Mommy went to work. Daddy gave me a bath when we got home and the water was so yucky afterwards!! hehehe!!

It was such a good time - I hope we get to do that a lot more!! You'll have to see all the pictures in the kodak album that Mommy made.
Today Mommy and I are going to go shopping!! (Cuz it's Daddy's Birthday on Wednesday) - but SSSSSHHHHH!!!!!! Hope everyone had a Happy 4th of July!!

Monday, June 30, 2008

Well, bye-bye June! Here comes July!! I get to go see Fireworks this weekend!! Mommy thinks I will be scared of all the big booms. But I think I will like it (if I can stay awake!!). Mommy has to work til dusk on July 4th, so we are going to meet her at Horsetooth - There's a really good view of the fireworks from one of the dams. She's also going to use her "ranger abilities" to see if we can camp for a couple of nights this weekend too. The campground is all reserved, but there are a few "Hold" sites that no one knows about. So maybe she can sweet talk someone into letting us have one! My first camping trip!!

Last weekend, Daddy finally found some time to stain the deck - and he did a good job! Doesn't it look nice!!

Now we just have to finish the patio part! Mommy and Daddy want to make all that dirt part in the middle one big patio, and put some kinda shade over it.

Today Mommy and I took Mowgli to the "doggie swim beach" at Horsetooth. It's really cool!! It's a sandy area that's not really a swim beach, so doggies are allowed to go there!! Mo-Mo got to play with some other dogs and play in the water. (He doesn't swim very well) Mommy made me get in some too, but I prefered the dry sand of the beach. It was fun though, and we were all very tired when we got home!! Mommy and I both took a nap on the couch, and well, just look at how tired Mo-Mo was:

Next time we will take Piper, cuz Mommy says it's too hard to take two doggies and Me at the same time! It's been really hot here, so I think tomorrow we are just going to stay inside in the air conditioning!! Have a good Holiday weekend everyone!!

Friday, June 20, 2008

Hey there! So things have been really busy this last week, as you know Mommy's been moved to Horsetooth Mountain Park, but no one has taken over her old position, so she's been kinda working two jobs to get everything covered. Which means that she only had one day off this week. So I got to spend a lot of time at Ginny's house playing with Sophia. I like having someone to play with, but I don't like that I don't get all the attention. :( Mommy and Daddy say it's good for me to learn, cuz I gotta share stuff, even attention - but that doesn't mean that I have to like it!

Also I have been kinda grouchy, Mommy thinks I have more teeth coming in, maybe even molars (whatever those are!) So They keep giving me this stuff that tastes like berries and it makes my mouth stop hurting! Except it only works for a little while, and then I wake up in the middle of the night and my mouth hurts again! So I just SCREAM, and SCREAM, and SCREAM!! Then Mommy or Daddy comes in and gives me more!! Here's a picture of me chewing on Mommy's belt to help the hurting:

And one of me falling asleep on Mommy's knee one night.

Also guess what!! Mommy got to play with a RATTLESNAKE today at work!! It got tangled in some mesh groundcover stuff near a trailhead, and Mommy and her Boss had to cut it out!! Her boss held it's head down with the snake pole while Mommy cut the snake loose, then her boss took it far away to let it go! Mommy said it was interesting, but she wasn't really scared, I guess she trusted her boss a lot!!

Tomorrow we are going out to breakfast to celebrate Mommy and Daddy's Anniversary. They said they have been married for 7 years!! That must be a long time, cuz I know how long in took for me to be 1 year!! I can't imagine 7 of those!! And Daddy and I got haircuts tonight! Mommy said that this is my 6th or 7th haircut - she lost count a long time ago! (and probably Daddy's 700th!!) So enjoy the pictures everyone! And have a good weekend!

Wednesday, June 11, 2008

Hi all!! Things are going good here in sunny Colorado!! Update on Mommy's Job - She has been moved. She still is working for Horsetooth, but she was assigned to patrol the South Bay area (campground, boat ramps, and swim beach). Now she has been moved to the actual Mountain Park!! YEAH - She is excited!! That means she gets to patrol 29 miles of trails (not every day, just in general) and she gets to be the first Mountain Bike Ranger!! (Even though the mountain bike they got is too big for her!) It's technically not a promotion, but Mommy is looking at it that way, since it's a much better assignment - Less law enforcement and more hiking and mountain biking!! Mommy and I are missing Daddy this week. He's in Missouri for his job. Thank goodness he will be back tomorrow!!

So anyways - this whole morning nap thing is kinda getting old!! I'm a big boy now and I don't want to take them, but Mommy says my body just isn't ready for that. I give her a really hard time when it's time to take a nap. So she let's me stay up, and this is what happens:

I fall asleep in the weirdest places!! Sometimes she let's me stay there, other times she attempts to take me to my crib! Aren't I silly!! Here's another picture of me being silly:
Mommy tried to give me some of her popsicle, but I dropped it. We couldn't find it anywhere - until we noticed that my pocket was wet (and smelled like bananas!) Yep- you guessed it - It fell right into my pocket!! Imagine that!!

Also, I'm walking EVERYWHERE!! And I can stand up with out holding on too!! Mommy took some videos, so check those out! Well not a whole lot else going on here! Father's Day is coming up, so Happy Father's Day to all the Daddy's and GrandDaddy's!! Mommy and I got Daddy a Barbeque recipe book, but she was busy with me and didn't hide it, so Daddy got it early!! Have a good week everyone!!

Thursday, June 05, 2008

Well, things are starting to return to normal. But I already miss Grandma and Grandpa Louie, and the rest of the family. They left on Wednesday, but we had a lot of fun before they went!! I got to show them Rocky Mountain National Park, Horsetooth Reservoir, and some really cool stuff in Denver. On Tuesday Uncle Stan, Aunt Janice, Caleb, Maddie and Vanessa went to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science (and got to see a really cool exhibit on Gold), and Mommy, Daddy, Grandma and Grandpa and I went to the Denver Botanical Gardens. The Gardens were really pretty!! Mommy took LOTS of pictures of all the flowers!! You can see them all in the Kodak album called "Family Time" (see the list on the right). But here's a few to preview!

Me and Daddy playing in Horsetooth Reservoir

Me with Mommy at Horsetooth

Yesterday I went to the doctor for my 1 year check up. (and I got a lot of yucky shots!!) But I have grown a BUNCH!! I am now 31 and 3/4 inches tall, and I weigh almost 22 lbs. I'm still in the 95% for my height. And today Mommy and I went shopping at Oshkosh to buy clothes with the gift card from Uncle Rodger. She had to get me all 18 months, because I'm just growing so fast!! Some of the shorts are a little big still (cuz of my skinny waist and non-existant rear-end!), but my cloth diapers usually take care of that problem! And I have a new babysitter again! Her name is Ginny (short for Virginia), and she lives on the other side of our addition. She is really nice and has a little girl named Sophia that is only 3 months old. (I hope she grows up fast so that I can play with her!) I start going there tomorrow! This weekend Mommy and Daddy are going to see a movie, and I get to go too. It's at the Drive-in, so I'll probably sleep through it! Well have a good weekend everyone!!

Happy Birthday Riley

I'm one year old!!! I'm such a big boy!! I had a safari party, and it was so much fun!! My Grandma and Grandpa Louie are visiting, and my Uncle Stan, Aunt Janice, and cousins Caleb, Maddie, and Vanessa. Kurt, Lacey and Greg (from across the street) came over too. My mommy made me a cake in the shape of a snake, and my Grandma Louie made one that looked like a tiger! It was really yummy!! I got lots of fun toys from everyone (see pictures), and a bunch of Oshkosh clothes from Uncle Rodger. Thanks everyone!! Things are so exciting right now! Yesterday I went with everyone to Old Town Fort Collins. Today was party day, and tomorrow we are going to Rocky Mountain National Park! Daddy says I can play in the snow up there! Then on Monday it's going to be really hot, so we are going to go swimming at Horsetooth Reservoir, where Mommy works. And I know there's more, but it's all too much to remember!! So check out the new pictures, and new videos too, (Mommy re-organized them).

Oh yeah, one more thing! I can walk real good now!! Yesterday I walked from the dining room table to the coffee table all by myself!!

Tornado

Hi Everyone, I'm sure most of you have seen the news by now, and the devestation that tore through Windsor today. First I would like to say that, thank the Lord above, everyone in our small family is alright, although a few of us are a little shaken up. For those of you who don't know, We actually live in Severance, which is about 5 miles north and east of Windsor. So our addition was not hit, the tornado passed through about 2-3 miles east of us. They are estimating it was an F-2/3 (similar to the one we survived in 2002 in Indy). Which by the way made this one a little more difficult to deal with.

Aliy's Story
I was out running errands with Riley this morning, we usually do this in the morning so that we are home in time for lunch. For some particular reason (Divine intervention) I decided to start with the errands on the south (Loveland/Windsor) and work our way north (Fort Collins). At about 11:30 I stopped to get gas, the last stop, on the north east side of the Fort near I-25 and Highway 14. The wind had really picked up, but high winds are nothing unusual here. Also, there was nothing on the radio to indicate anything other than the typical spring thunderstorm. (we had been in and out of the car listening since about 8:30 that morning and heard nothing about severe weather) We left the gas station and before coming up on I-25 it started hailing (again nothing unusual). The hail finally got so bad that I turned around to seek shelter under the awning of a local hotel. We waited for about 10-15 minutes and it started to slow up. Riley is asleep by this time. As soon as I turned back onto H-Way 14 the hail picked up again. By this time all the shelter spots are taken so I pull under some trees to seek shelter from the hail. It is now nearing the size of tangerines, larger than golf balls, but not quite baseball size. It's coming up on 12:15, and I call Cameron to let him know that he'll have to look the car over for damage, but I can't hear him from the noise of the ice hitting, so it's a short conversation. It finally lets up again around 12:20, and I get back on 14 and head east. About 5 miles east of 25 traffic comes to a dead hault. The sun is coming out by this point, so I pull to one side and see that some poor farmer's irrigation equiptment has been strewn across the road, taking a large chunk of fencing with it. Some nice people have stopped to move it, and we are quickly driving again.
The sun is now shining brightly overhead, but the wind is still horribly fierce, and I am fighting to keep the car straight the remainder of the drive. When I finally reach Weld Co. Road 74 (only one more turn to our house) I come upon about 5 telephone poles literally sheared in half and laying on the opposite side of the road. Every driver in front of me was attempting to drive across the downed wires, but once I saw that that also entailed driving under them at some point, I turned around and took another more southern route. Riley slept throug the whole thing! It was only after getting home, finding no power, and locating our emergency crank radio (Thanks Rodger!!) that I learned that the devestation I saw was actually a tornado.

After that cell phone service was very sketchy, and after many tries I finally got ahold of Cameron again and learned that he was ok, and he knew that I was ok also. Power came in and out for the next few hours, and it was only then that I was able to see the damage to Windsor. I am very thankful that the Lord decided to keep that information from me until I was home, because I had a hard time dealing with it once I saw it. If I had known at the time that the hail storm I encountered was the product of the tornado, many horrible and still vivid memories may have clouded my judgement, and I don't think I could have made the drive home.

Thankfully, there was only one death (thus far), a man in an RV at a campground. The damage will take a while to repair, and there will always be scars on the landscape and in our minds, but we will live to see another day. My prayers go out to those who have lost loved ones, homes, and means of stability (jobs, livestock or crops), but I also send praises to Him that things were not any worse than they are. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers!! We look forward to seeing family next weekend, and celebrating Riley's First Birthday!!

Mover and a Shaker!!

Hey everyone!! I took my first steps this weekend, on Mother's Day to be exact!! Daddy and I were practicing walking, and he let go, but I kept going!! You can watch a video of it that Mommy took, she says sorry for the movement!! I'm not doing it regularly, cuz my knees are still faster!! But if I'm steady on my feet, I'll take one or two steps (before I fall, or reach the thing I'm trying to get at!!) Mommy and I have spent all day together today, and it has been fun!! She's all done with school now, and we are both very happy!!! (oh yeah, and Daddy too!) She says her presentation went very well, and so far she has an A in one class, and a B in the other, and is hoping for an A in this last one. YEAH MOMMY!! She officially starts work next Tuesday, but she has already started trainings. (Including having to get sprayed with pepper spray last weekend - YUCK)

Tuesday Mommy took me to get some pictures taken for my Birthday, so hopefully we will have them back by the time everyone gets here!! I'm so excited!! Mommy says we are going on a safari for my birthday, and I get to be the tiger!! I can't wait!! And I get to see Grandma and Grandpa Louie, and Uncle Stan, and Aunt Janice, and Caleb, and Maddie, and Even Vanessa!! This is going to be so much fun!!
Here's some recent pictures:

Me combing my hair!

I got this sippy cup thing down!!

Mommy gave me cheese ravioli, and I liked it!!

My Mommy Got A JOB!!!! Yeah Mommy!!! She is now officially a Park Ranger for Horsetooth Mountain Park!!! She starts her training tomorrow, and actually starts patrolling in only two weeks! She is really excited, but a little nervous too, cuz there can be some wackos up at Horsetooth!! Let's pray that she stays safe and doesn't have to deal with too many of them!! The only bad part is that she has to work weekends, and be away from me and Daddy. Her work-week is from Friday-Monday, all 10 hour days!! But the plus side is that I only have to spend two days a week at a babysitter. Mommy and Daddy still haven't found one for me, but they are looking hard! Well, not much else to say, Mommy finishes school next week with a final on Monday and a very BIG presentation on Wednesday. Almost there!! Sorry no pictures this week, it has been a crazy busy time for everyone!! Oh, and we bought a new couch, pictures to come when we get it delivered!!

Friday, April 25, 2008

Guess what I got this week?!?!? I got a big boy car seat!! Here's me trying it out at home. I really like it, it's comfy. It's the only one that I didn't scream in at the store, so Mommy and Daddy bought it! They are excited about it too because it is a booster seat too, which means it should last until I'm 100 lbs. Hopefully this will be the last seat they ever have to buy me!!
But all that sitting still for pictures made me ansy, so Mommy let me play with the box for a while!! I used it as a tunnel, and went back and forth for about 20 minutes!! It was fun!
And yesterday Mommy and I went shopping for some new shoes. I got my first pair of sandals!
I also got some brown oxford shoes, Mommy thinks they are so cute. I don't think I like them, I can't get to my toesies!! I keep trying to shake and kick them off my feet, but they just don't go anywhere! Oh well, I guess I'll have to learn to walk with these things!

I only have 1 more week with Katy, then she's leaving me!! I'm so sad. I started going to a new babysitter part time already, but when Mommy leaves me there I cry, because it's not Katy's house!! I'm going to be so sad when she moves away, and Mommy is too!!

Well, Mommy only has two more weeks of school left! And still no job for the summer. She didn't get the one she wanted in Boulder, but now she's hoping for another one. It's a ranger position at Eagle's Nest Open Space (the place where she's doing the big project for her class), so hopefully that will help her get it!! It doesn't pay as much as the other one, but it's closer, so she'll save on gas. Plus she will be helping out at Red Mountain Open Space, a new one to open in 2009 on the CO/ WY border. So keep your fingers crossed everyone!! I'll keep you updated!!

NEW VIDEOS!!

Hey there - Mommy took some new videos of me (she says that it's easier to take video than pictures now, because I don't sit still!!) and she posted most of them so check 'em out!! They show how much of a busy body I am - going everywhere at the fastest speed I can!! And there's one of me talking to the Doggies!! Yep, I learned to talk to the doggies before I talked to Mommy and Daddy!! Anytime I hear them barking I say Arf, Arf, Arf right back! (I even do it when the neighbors dog barks too!!) It's been so nice outside here, we spend just about every day outside a little. Mommy will even take my high chair on the deck and we will eat lunch outside!! Today we went furniture shopping. Mommy and Daddy have been wanting to get a new couch. We found one that we all like, now we just have to wait for Mommy and Daddy's Economy Booster Check to come in. Hopefully we will have it before everyone comes to visit for my Birthday!! Enjoy the Videos!

Monday, April 14, 2008

Mommy says to tell everyone that she had a very nice birthday! Saturday morning Daddy and I made her pancakes for breakfast. We made a Daddy size, Mommy size and Baby size too!
Here's me eating my baby pancake!
And here's my snot bubble that showed up too!! (just for you Mommy!!)
Then Daddy and I let Mommy relax for a while, then we took her shopping!! She got to spend all the money that everyone gave her! She got some much needed new clothes, and says THANK YOU to everyone!! Then we took Mommy out to dinner, she wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse. Then we finally went home for CAKE!!! Daddy made Mommy a cake all by himself (well, I helped a little!), and Mommy said he did a very good job! It was very chocolatey, so I didn't get any, but I helped Mommy blow out the candles!!
Overall, it was a good day, but now it's back to the daily grind!! Mommy's still hard at work on all her school projects. But we took some time out today to play in the sun outside, it was in the 70's!! I really like spring!!

Sunday, April 06, 2008

Hey everyone! not a whole lot going on right now, Mommy's been really busy with school work and hasn't been taking many pictures. But here's a couple from yesterday when Mommy and Daddy took me hiking to Eagle's Nest Open Space (where Mommy's doing one of her projects)

As you can see it was a long day, and it's difficult to nap in a back pack! We had fun, and Mommy even got some work done, imagine that!! This week is her big interview, and this weekend is her Birthday!! Yeah Mommy! And Daddy says that Grandpa Louie's birthday is this week too! Happy Birthday Grandpa Louie! I still don't quite understand this birthday thing, guess I'll find out soon enough!
